You will join Risk and Assurance as part of IT assurance team. We provide independent and objective assurance and advisory support to the Audit and Risk Committee, senior management and key stakeholders. In this role you will help strengthen governance, risk management and control processes so PMI can meet strategic objectives, protect value and operate efficiently.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in IT audit or IT General Controls testing including SOX application controlsSolid understanding of governance, risk management and internal control conceptsAbility to translate risks into practical test plans and evaluate design and operating effectivenessStrong documentation skills with a focus on evidence quality and traceabilityAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn detailed work into a clear management viewStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyConfident communicator who can present concise, audience-appropriate messagesComfortably prioritizing work, meeting deadlines and staying effective during busy periodsOwnership mindset with follow-through from planning to closureCollaborative approach to working with control owners and external auditorsCuriosity to learn complex systems and data flows and suggest pragmatic improvementsFluency in English

 

Nice to have:

Exposure to ERP systems, cloud platforms or key enterprise applications and their control frameworksFamiliarity with data validation for automated controls and reportsProfessional certifications in progress or completed such as CISA, CIA or equivalent

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Plan and perform testing of IT General Controls (ITGC) and application controls, covering both design and operating effectivenessIdentify control deficiencies, support retesting and serve as a subject matter expert for your assigned areasGather evidence, document results and prepare reliance documentationCoordinate walkthroughs and meetings with control owners and align our work with external auditorsManage issues in the reporting system, assess deficiencies and track remediation through closureKeep issue status, key discussion points and documentation current and audit-readyMaintain dashboards and provide clear updates on testing progress and remediation status for managementRecommend and document improvements and automation opportunities, support pilots and complete SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and IT audit trainingsPromote a strong risk culture by engaging stakeholders regularly and sharing timely updates on risk changes and how we are responding
