**Title: Manufacturing - Auditor - 1st Shift** **Olsten is assisting a local client recruiting for an Auditor job in Lumberton, NC. This is a long-term temporary to hire opportunity.** **Key Responsibilities** + Inspect outbound orders for accuracy. + Report discrepancies and quality/safety issues. + Communicate with various departments to resolve issues. + Support corrective/preventive actions. + Perform inventory counts and assist with packing/shipping. + Operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts). + Support continuous improvement initiatives. + Participate in projects as assigned. **Experience/Skill Requirements** + High School diploma/GED. + English language proficiency. + Basic math, measurement, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Experience with computerized inventory systems (D365 is a plus). + Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs with team lift). + Drug screening, background check, forklift assessment, and skill evaluation required. + Forklift and inventory/quality control experience preferred. These are First Shift positions. First shift hours are 6am to 4:30pm. Pay for this position is $17/hr. plus overtime as needed.
