Audit Supervisor
Job Title : Audit Supervisor Location : Hybrid (1-2 days in office) About the Role As an Audit Supervisor, you will oversee audit and review engagements from planning through completion, manage staff assignments, and maintain strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with managers and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities + Lead audit engagements across various industries + Review workpapers and financial statements + Assess internal controls and audit risks + Train and supervise staff and senior associates + Communicate directly with clients and internal teams + Contribute to process improvements and technical research Qualifications + CPA license + 5+ years of public accounting audit experience + Strong industry exposure (manufacturing, tech, staffing, etc.) + Excellent communication and leadership skills + Experience with audit software (ProSystems, TeamMate Analytics is a plus) Why work here? + Join a respected and growing regional CPA firm + Work with a diverse client base and complex engagements + Strong emphasis on professional development and mentorship + Flexible work environment and collaborative culture Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
