Description We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee audit engagements, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with established accounting standards including GAAP and GAAS. Responsibilities: • Lead field audits and supervise multiple staff members to ensure quality and efficiency. • Prepare comprehensive financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and disclosure requirements. • Utilize audit and reporting checklists to maintain accuracy and adherence to guidelines. • Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to build strong, reliable relationships. • Apply advanced knowledge of accounting and auditing functions to manage audit engagements. • Develop and implement effective audit plans tailored to client needs. • Proven experience in leading audit engagements and supervising teams. • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff members, fostering their growth and development. • Ensure audit programs are executed with precision and meet organizational objectives. • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
