We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Audit Senior Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a few years of experience in accounting, finance, and auditing, who are passionate about supporting clients in achieving compliance and operational excellence.
What you will be doingLead and execute audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Analyze financial statements and related documents to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
Identify and evaluate risks associated with financial processes and controls, providing recommendations for improvement
Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing insights on audit findings
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of audit tasks and adherence to deadlines
Provide guidance and support to junior associates, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance
Prepare detailed audit reports summarising findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, contributing to the development of audit methodologies and best practices
Ensure the quality and accuracy of audit work performed by the team, adhering to professional standards and firm policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing value-added services
What you will bring along
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant audit or accounting experience
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mongolian, written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams
