Audit Manager

We’re partnering with a growing public accounting firm seeking an Audit Manager to lead client engagements and manage audit teams. This role provides a mix of technical accounting, client interaction, and leadership within a collaborative, professional environment.

What You’ll Do:Lead audit engagements from planning through completionEnsure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory standardsReview financial statements, workpapers, and internal controlsIdentify and resolve complex accounting and audit issuesServe as a primary client contact and provide advisory supportManage engagement budgets, timelines, and profitabilityMentor and develop staff and senior team membersWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of public accounting / audit experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and GAASPrior leadership or engagement management experienceCPA, Bachelor’s in Accounting requiredJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
