This hybrid position can be based in the following cities: Plano, TX., Atlanta, GA., or Iselin NJ.** **Responsibilities** : + Independently review project financials andprovide assurance on commercial project management topics as a part of auditengagement teams + businessprocesses, goals, and strategy in order to provide analysis and interpretationto management + Design and lead comprehensive audits followingthe agile audit methodology to address identified risks + Independently drive assurance objectives, defineand align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in theorganization. + Foster innovation and further development ofprocesses and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases thatincrease coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analyticsteam + Lead meetings with Senior Management and drivediscussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagement + Lead by example in challenging environments, bea career coach and mentor your fellow team members by sharing your expertise **You will win us over by having the following qualifications:** **Basic qualifications** : + 6 plus years of relevant project management,project controlling or other relevant operation and financial experience inindustries like Siemens (technology, project and solution business) orcomparable experience within Siemens or a ‘Big 4" accounting or consulting firm. + BS/ BA or higher degree in Business, Economics,Accounting or Finance. + Fluent English is required with the ability tospeak, write, read, and interpret documents. + 6 plus years’ experience in leading projectteams + Willingness and ability to travel 30% includinginternationally/domestically **Preferred qualifications:** + Masters / MBA degree as well as CPA, ACCA or ACAqualification is highly preferred + 6 plus years’ experience ideally in an international environment and in-depth knowledge in project management and/ or project controlling (Agile, PMP certificate, PM@Siemens certificate). + Strong leadership and communication skills + Knowing additional languages is a plus **You’ll benefit from:** + Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
