EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: M.A, M.S, Au.D., or Ph.D. in Audiology. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred. Current State of Michigan Audiology license.
