The Audio Visual (AV) Support Technicianwill support the technology needs of the property in the following ways: + This role supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of high‑quality audio-visual experiences across the property. The AV Support Technician ensures meetings, events, and group programs run smoothly by providing reliable technical support and responsive service + Set up, test, operate, and break down audio visual equipment for meetings, events, and group programs + Provide on‑site support for microphones, speakers, projectors, televisions, and presentation systems + Troubleshoot basic AV issues during live events to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless guest experience + Collaborate with internal departments, sales teams, and group leaders to understand and deliver event requirements + Assist with maintaining, organizing, and inventorying AV equipment and storage areas + Participate in site visits, event walk‑throughs, and pre‑event preparation as needed Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
