We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Audio Visual (A/V) Administration Lead, SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 USAREUR-AF Mission Partner HSD, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Leads A/V administration activities that span across enterprise IT communication services
Develops and cultivates a culture in which A/V administrators deliver high-quality customer service related to resolving A/V incidents and issues, including research and troubleshooting
Designs, implements, and maintains video conferencing infrastructure, video conference endpoint, applications configurations, and video collaboration applications
Provides experience with maintenance, repair, and installation of Thinklogical matrix switches, transmitters, and receivers
Provides A/V warranty support services, including preventative maintenance checks, telephone and on-site incident support, component repair and replacement, and installation, configuration, and integration of A/V systems
Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance plan, coordinates on-site maintenance, provides training, and supports activities to return A/V services to operational status
Develops and provides the Government with an incident response plan that restores operational status within the agreed SLAs
Maintains Common Operating Pictures (COPs) and Common Intelligence Pictures (CIPs) across different security domains, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data depiction
Manages COP and CIP applications at watch stations, including manipulation, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Coordinates with other operations centers, COP managers, Watch Officers, Battle Officers, and NCOs to maintain a full understanding of current and planned operations and tasks
Manages COPs for USAREUR-AF exercises
Mentors other A/V administrators
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
Supervises A/V teams
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated TS Clearance and be able to obtain an SCI
BA/BS +13 years recent experience
Certification - GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC Certification(s)
approved 8140 Cyber related
Possesses extensive experience in A/V administration, video conferencing infrastructure, and enterprise IT communication services, including expertise in troubleshooting complex A/V systems like matrix switches and video collaboration applications.
Exhibits strong leadership skills to mentor team members and cultivate a customer-focused culture while showcasing proficiency in managing Common Operating Pictures (COPs) and Common Intelligence Pictures (CIPs) across multiple security domains.
Displays strategic thinking in developing incident response and preventative maintenance plans.
Preferably, brings a background in military or government operations, with experience coordinating across different operational centers and managing COPs for exercises.
Demonstrates experience with A/V warranty support services, including preventative maintenance, on-site incident support, and component repair and replacement.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
