Audience Marketing Campaign Coordinator
**Job Description:** Looking for an Audience Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support end-to-end event marketing campaigns that drive demand and engagement for our customer-facing events. Your role will be to support execution of audience acquisition campaigns pre- and post-event, working alongside audience marketing and acquisition, global events, creative (design, copywriting, UX), event technology, and other internal teams. The Audience Marketing Campaign Coordinator will report into the Head of Shared Services on Engagement Marketing and will support the day-to-day activities across three senior audience marketing managers. **Key Responsibilities:** **Marketing Campaign Planning & Coordination:** Assist in the end-to-end planning and logistics of marketing global events or engagement experiences, including Jira task/ticket creation and management, scheduling meetings, taking meetings notes and ensuring parties follow up on action items. **Campaign Execution:** Following the direction of marketing managers, you will collaborate with copy, design, and web/UX teams to support the implementation of audience marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels. **Content & Asset Management:** Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials in confluence, slack and other internal *** distribution channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. QC and proof emails or other marketing assets. **Audience Engagement:** Support audience acquisition strategies and facilitate attendee communications before, during, and after events. **Ad Hoc Audience Marketing Support:** Provide ad hoc campaign and/or project executional support for our three senior audience marketing managers or Head of Shared Services including but not limited to data pulls or reorganization, marketing calendar management and updates. If you are organized, creative, and passionate about creating impactful marketing for event experiences, we’d love to hear from you! **On the first day we'll expect you to have:** + Experience in event marketing, and/or integrated marketing campaigns. + Understanding and experience working with marketing and sales funnels. + Self-starting tendencies with an ability to drive projects forward. + A knack for details. + Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. + Extraordinary program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams. + The ability to successfully manage multiple items running at the same time. A passion for metrics.
