**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
+ Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
+ Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience working directly with programmatic advertisers and the processes they use to buy publisher inventory.
+ Experience in working effectively and building relationships with cross-functional teams.
+ Experience with advertising technology and with first party data solutions, audience segmentation strategies, identity frameworks, data management platforms or customer data platforms.
+ Knowledge of Google Ad Manager or AdMob and the digital advertising ecosystem.
+ Ability to solve business problems, drive efficiency, and deliver impact against concrete goals.
+ Ability to operate in a changing, ambiguous environment with an evolving product set.
In this role, you will be part of a team focused on helping publishers grow advertising business by leveraging the strength of their first party data. You will advise publishers in both one-on-one and scaled settings on how to increase the value of their inventory for advertisers. You will educate them on how to optimally use their user, behavioral, and contextual data to increase the value of their inventory. You will leverage an understanding of customer needs, Google’s product offerings, and industry trends to bring solutions to market. You are an organized and excellent communicator who can simplify concepts for any audience. As a key member of a larger cross-functional team, you will bring clarity and education to our partners, helping to grow their businesses while shaping Google’s long-term strategy in the data and signals space.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on Google's publisher data solutions, advising partners on the implementation and optimization of products like Publisher Provided IDs (PPID), Secure Signals, and Audience Solutions across Ad Manager and AdMob.
+ Support publishers in enriching their ad inventory with critical business generation signals, leveraging buyer insights to improve performance across auctions and agreements and to demonstrate clear Return On Investment (ROI).
+ Lead strategic workshops and one-on-one consultations (customized presentations, data maturity assessments) with priority publishers to develop and mature their data and signal strategies, delivering actionable insights to drive growth.
+ Collaborate with teams across Google to commercialize advanced data solutions for publishers including data warehousing, propensity modeling, operational efficiency.
+ Provide advanced strategic guidance on leveraging subscriptions, surveys, and newsletters to build first-party data assets and unlock alternative business streams.
