Attorney – U.S. Business Immigration (Early-Career Opportunity)About the Role

Join a dynamic legal team focused on high‑volume U.S. business immigration work. This role is ideal for a recent Juris Doctor graduate eager to deepen their immigration law expertise, build operational skills, and gain hands‑on experience supporting a fast‑paced legal function.

As an Attorney on this team, you’ll play a key role in researching legal precedent, preparing immigration filings, advising on compliance requirements, and supporting both legal and operational workflows.

What You’ll DoCore ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research, analyze facts, and prepare high‑quality legal documents.Review non‑immigrant and immigrant visa filings with accuracy and attention to detail.Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations and filing requirements.Support a large‑scale immigration case preparation program, ensuring workflow targets are met.Key Projects You’ll Contribute ToManaging and reviewing petitions across a wide range of U.S. immigration categories.Responding to I‑9 and immigration‑related inquiries.Supporting daily legal compliance activities in a high‑volume environment.Daily Tasks & Operating RhythmApply U.S. immigration law knowledge to review filings both remotely and onsite.Train administrative partners on USCIS filings, PERM processes, and document management.Review work produced by administrative staff to ensure legal accuracy and quality.Assist with root cause analysis for legal and operational issues.Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee experience.Answer legal questions related to I‑9 completion and E‑Verify processes.Support the resolution of complex E‑Verify issues.Train and monitor teams responsible for I‑9 reverification activities.Advise managers on PERM requirements during applicant review.Respond to visa-dependent employees regarding visa/green card eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status.Why This Role Is ExcitingA Strong Learning Environment for JD Graduates

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
