This is a full-time, on-site position in Athens for a Lawyer. The role entails handling corporate matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, and interacting with stakeholders.

 

Activities

Responsibilities:

 

Handling and coordination of corporate matters (incorporation of companies, corporate housekeeping, shareholders / board of directors’ resolutions, delegations of authority, share transfers, shareholder loans, etc.) Preparing, review and assistance in negotiations of corporate agreements and contracts relevant to the development, construction and operation of RES Projects  Legal research and legal analysis on corporate matters and relevant to the activity mattersInteraction with internal and external stakeholders Contribution and assistance in legal reporting  Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in lawMaster’s degree in the fields of Commercial Law or Energy Law would be considered as an asset  5-7 years’ experience in corporate law field and in renewables sector Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English languageMember of the Athens Bar Association or one of the Bar Associations of GreeceKnowledge of Microsoft Office Programs Self-motivated with strong teamwork capabilitiesWell-organized with attention to detailDemonstrates perseverance, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills
