OSF Saint Francis Medical Center’s Dental Residency Program is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attending Dentist to join our esteemed team at the Medical Center’s hospital dental clinic in Peoria, IL.
You will play a crucial role in supervising dental residents, reviewing treatment plans, and managing patient care. Job SpecificsSupervise dental residents and provide guidance in their professional development, primarily in the hospital clinic setting. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Licensure/ Certification: Current State of Illinois Dental License issued by IDPR and State Controlled Substance license issued by IDPR and Federal Controlled Substance License issued by the DEA. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: CODA Accredited General Practice Residency (GPR) certificate OR Advance Education in General Dentistry or Certificate of Post-graduate Fellowship Experience: Military service or hospital experience preferred.
