ATMRO Growth & Portfolio Management Leader
**Job Description Summary** The Growth & Portfolio Management Leader Leader for ATMRO will be responsible for driving inorganic growth strategies to support GE Aerospace’s goals of achieving a 40% increase in shop visit capacity and a 115% growth in Original Equipment (OE) engine output. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing business development deals, mergers, and acquisitions to expand the ATMRO network’s capacity and capabilities. **Job Description** + Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy aligned with the ATMRO organization’s growth objectives tied to shop visit and new make engine output. + Identify potential acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships that align with the network’s capacity and capability needs. + Lead cross-functional teams to conduct financial, operational, and strategic due diligence on potential targets. + Manage the end-to-end process of mergers, acquisitions, and business development deals, including negotiations, structuring, and closing transactions. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities into the ATMRO network, focusing on operational efficiency and cultural alignment. + Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for inorganic growth. + Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, legal teams, financial advisors, and target companies. + Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of M&A initiatives and their impact on network capacity and growth objectives. + Assist the VP of ATMRO in developing presentations and materials for strategy discussions, investor meetings, and operating reviews. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies, including Kaizen, Kata, and Hoshin Kanri. **Additional Information** GE Aerospace offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
