Skills and Requirements 5–6 years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise IT or software environments Proven experience with Atlassian tools, especially Jira (On-Prem and Cloud) and Bitbucket Strong understanding of cloud migration processes, data mapping, and system integrations Experience managing Atlassian license transitions Familiarity with interface development and integration between Atlassian tools and other enterprise systems Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar) PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus Lead end-to-end Jira On-Prem to Jira Cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, testing, and post-migration support Manage Atlassian license migration, ensuring compliance and optimization across Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket Oversee Bitbucket On-Premise integration and interface management Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation Identify risks and mitigation strategies throughout the migration lifecycle Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership Ensure data integrity, security, and performance standards are met during migration Support post-migration training and adoption initiatives Experience with Atlassian Access, SAML/SSO configurations, and user provisioning Knowledge of DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines involving Bitbucket Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
