Description:  Job Responsibilities• Primarily support for the Atlassian product suite which Videology uses to manage and streamline business and technology
workflows and information sharing.
• Provide User Management and support for over 300 users, manages system access across groups to ensure compliance and
maintain best practices.
• Design and enable custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports to serve business and technology JIRA users.
• Train, guide, and assist end‐users in use of JIRA/Confluence.
• Support and troubleshoot any reported issues with JIRA; stay apprised of issues in real‐time and solve them proactively.
• Discover opportunities to improve the workflow of daily tasks and lead efforts to drive improvements in the applications.
• Lead minor and major Atlassian upgrades and schedule/coordinate with team to minimize disruption to end users.
• Install and manage and administer Jira add‐ons, plugins, and extensions.
• Create, maintain and support dashboards and advanced filters for end users reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with other technical teams to exploit new technologies to enhance the applications and service
infrastructure.
• Perform requirements gathering, business process workflows, and determine ways to improve the JIRA/Confluence based
workflows and processes in place as well as identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests.
• Create and maintain detailed technical and user facing documentation.
• Interact with existing vendors for support and troubleshooting.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Work on various projects within department.
• Prepare and present projects to supervisor and possible other leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 1‐2 years of hands‐on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA and
Service Desk as a Project/Application Administrator. You consider yourself to be a JIRA Power User.
• Energetic and ability to work in a fast changing dynamic agile environment; strong work ethic with good time management.
• Ability to analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines. Ability to work and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.

• Ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in working with Atlassian migrations and upgrades (both major and minor).
• Familiar with Java, Apache Tomcat, APIs, Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu Server) Windows Server 2008, Certificates, and MySQL.
• Skilled in developing collaborative relationships.
