**What you'll do :**
Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support our program management team in the planning, execution, and closure of program activities and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a basic understanding of project management principles.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
+ Support the Head of ECS ATLAS Competence on an administrative level
+ Assist in tracking project milestones and deadlines.
+ Organize and prepare meetings, workshops, and events related to the project.
+ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
+ Assist in the allocation and tracking of project resources.
+ Help with the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, tracking invoices, and assisting with vendor communication.
+ Collect, analyze, and report on project data as required.
+ Contribute to the preparation of project status reports, risk assessments, and other project deliverables.
+ Assist in managing stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
+ Support the program manager in addressing stakeholder concerns and inquiries.
**What you bring :**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
+ Proven experience as a project assistant or in a similar role.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
+ Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
+ Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
+ Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working in a multi-disciplinary project environment.
