Certified Athletic Trainer – Boise Professional Soccer Club

The Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for Boise Professional Soccer Club will support athletes across the First Team and Academy in practices, competitions, and return-to-play efforts. This year-round role involves close collaboration with coaches, team management, and sports medicine physicians, and works under the Outreach Athletic Trainer Supervisor to manage daily sports medicine operations. The AT oversees treatment, injury prevention, rehab, and conditioning, and attends all training sessions, scrimmages, and games.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in athletic training.  Master’s degree preferred CertifiedAthletic Trainer by the Board of Certification Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state they work (Idaho or Oregon).  Must have a minimum of three years of full-time experience (within the past 5 years) in elite soccer. This experience should include serving as a head or assistant athletic trainer at the professional, major junior, or college/university level.At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)
