Masters In collaboration with the Chief Health Officer, responsible for organization and administration of autonomous healthcare delivery for student athletes. Reports to an Associate Director of Athletic Medicine with oversight from the Director of Athletic Medicine. Responsible for promoting the mission and objectives of the Intercollegiate Athletics Department, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University of Oregon, BIG Ten Conference and the NCAA.Minimum Requirements
• Master’s degree and current BOCATC certification.
• Eligible for Oregon licensure as an athletic trainer.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare delivery team.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others from diverse backgrounds while promoting inclusion and supporting diverse needs of individuals.
• One year of athletic training experience at Division I university.
• Advanced clinical skills to support Athletic Healthcare.
• Experience providing direction and oversight of healthcare delivery in a high-performance athletics environment.
