Job Summary 🌟 Join Novant Health as an Athletic Trainer Location : Cary, NC Schedule: 10 hr shifts work 7:30-6:00 4 days per week or work 7:30-5:00 What You'll Do + Evaluate & Treat athletic injuries using evidence-based methods. + Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. + Design & implement rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs. + Serve as a health educator , delivering preventive care advice to patients and the community. + Document assessments and treatments in compliance with state and Novant protocols. + Maintain a safe environment , guided by “First Do No Harm” principles. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited athletic training program. Graduate Degree, preferred. + Experience: Two years preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Current AT licensure in appropriate state with the ability to acquire additional state licenses as required. Successfully pass NATA BOC exam, required. + Additional Skills (required): Excellent Customer Service, Written and Oral Communication, basic computer application skills, and ability to multitask. Hold or ability to hold appropriate state licensure. Hold or ability to hold AHA BLS First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification. + Additional Skills (preferred): Hold or ability to hold CSCS, PES, CES certification(s). Job Opening ID 50407
