Partnership Marketing Intern:
The Life Time Partnership Marketing Activation team is looking for an intern to support the planning and execution of our 2026 Athletic Events portfolio. This student will work with our National Account Management team to support the fulfillment of all sponsorship and exhibitor contracts related to Life Time’s portfolio of iconic cycling, trail running and road running events. This role will aid in the management of clients both pre-event and on-site, while also spearheading resource and content/marketing projects throughout the duration of the internship. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in event sponsorships, experiential marketing, and on-the-ground event operations. This role may have the opportunity to travel for on-site event experience during the internship.
Life Time seeks a motivated student or recent graduate to assist in the marketing and launch efforts for our internal Learning & Development initiatives. This internship is an opportunity for a student to take ownership of designated projects for an abbreviated period of time to help extend and apply their knowledge to meet business goals. Our Program Marketing Intern will work to improve communications communication and marketing of programs to leaders and team members.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Gathering and presenting market researchGathering and evaluating marketing analytics for existing programsDeveloping and presenting a proposal with additional tactics for increased engagementWriting engaging and informative copy for program promotionDesigning a launch plan framework, including tools, checklists or templates, to be leveraged for future program launchesAnalyzing multi-channel marketing campaign performancePreparing detailed promotional presentationsObserving multiple office positions and training in a variety of tasksAttending team and company meetings and functions as neededAssisting in other miscellaneous tasks as neededExcellent written communication and teamwork skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsA passion for Life Time’s missionPosition Requirements
