Your key responsibilities include:
+ Direct communication with our guests and customers across all channels
+ Interaction with guests and colleagues from all over the world
+ A job where you can apply and develop your strengths
+ You understand what our guests need and do everything to make their stay as unforgettable as possible
+ You advise guests on all matters and always have the right answer ready
+ You know how to handle guest requests professionally thanks to your expertise

+ You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
+ You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests, and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
+ You’re eager to develop yourself every day, learn new things, and be part of a warm and ambitious team
+ You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
+ You’ve already gained experience in a similar position and/or have completed training in hotel management
+ Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and English—any additional language is a plus
