Our client is looking to appoint a full time social worker in their Home First Team on a temporary basis of 3 months initially. This role will be mainly based in local hospitals and community work

To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Care Wales, at least 3 years post qualifying experience as a social worker and have not left a Local Authority permanent contract within Wales in the last 6 months.
 
What you need:
A degree in Social Work or equivalentRegistered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work EnglandCompleted relevant post-qualifying trainingExperience working within a hospital teamCar DriverEnhanced DBS checkExcellent communication and written skills
