Join ASML’s Office of the CIO as an Assurance and Risk Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our IT landscape. Role and responsibilities
Risk identification & assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across IT systems, processes, and projects; identify design or effectiveness issues; recommend enhancements to reduce exposure.Assurance & compliance: Design, implement, and monitor IT assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Lead or support internal and external reviews and ensure timely remediation of findings.Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with OCIO teams (Security, Infrastructure, Application Development, Governance) to promote shared risk objectives. Use strong communication skills to influence decisions and resolve compliance challenges.Risk mitigation & continuous improvement: Develop actionable mitigation plans, track implementation, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance risk management processes.Reporting & documentation: Prepare regular risk and assurance reports for OCIO leadership and maintain clear documentation for audits and compliance activities.Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; CISA, CISM, or equivalent preferred.Proven experience in IT audit, risk management, or compliance within large organizations.In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.Skills
