Job Summary:
The Assurance Manager, Public Housing Authority is responsible for supervising, directing, and reviewing the results through the delegation of tasks throughout the client engagement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises Consultants and Senior Consultants on all projects Reviews work prepared by Consultants and Senior Consultants and provides review comments Acts as a Career Advisor to Consultants and Senior Consultants Schedules and manages workload of Consultants and Senior Consultants Provides verbal and written performance feedback to Consultants and Senior Consultants Teaches/coaches Consultants and Senior Consultants to provide on the job learning Other duties as required
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, requiredExperience:
Five (5) or more years of prior work experience in public accounting, required Prior significant supervisory experience, requiredLicense/Certifications:
Licensed CPA or international equivalent, preferredSoftware:
Experience in the use of various assurance applications and research tools as is appropriate for this level, required Microsoft Office Products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, requiredLanguage:

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

Maryland Range: $105,000 - $120,000
Minnesota Range: $105,000 - $120,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $105,000 - $120,000

Washington DC Range: $105,000 - $120,000
