Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Play a key leadership role in ERP system implementation projects focused on logistics and supply chain processes. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, deployment, and control of ERP-related initiatives across logistics operations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and achieving operational excellence.
Key ERP focus areas include: Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Transportation Execution.
You will also be accountable for defining and optimizing end-to-end logistics processes and contributing to the design and standardization of the Global Process Template (GPT) for the logistics domain.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

- Act as Logistics Business Process Lead (BPL) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ERP implementation projects, partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders
- Lead the definition, optimization, and harmonization of logistics processes in scope for ERP, ensuring they meet operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability requirements
- Contribute actively to the definition of the Global Process Template (GPT) for logistics processes, ensuring alignment across sites and functions
- Lead the definition, documentation, and validation of logistics-related business requirements and ERP system design (modules such as Inventory, WMS, TMS, Order Management)
- Monitor and control the execution of project plans and deliverables specific to logistics operations within the ERP program
- Identify potential risks and proactively define mitigation plans in alignment with business priorities
- Ensure effective coordination across global and regional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, leadership, and steering committees
- Support key project milestones: GPT definition, CRP, UAT, data migration, go-live, and hypercare
- Drive Change Management activities and user adoption for new ERP logistics functionalities
-Contribute to process harmonization and standardization across sites through ERP best practices

 

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields)
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation with a strong focus on logistics modules (Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead logistics process design and implementation in complex ERP programs
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows: inbound, outbound, warehousing, transportation, inventory control
- Project management mindset, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working within a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel internationally if required ( 40% - 50%)

Bachelor Degree or above
