We are looking for a well-experienced Cost Control Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cost Control Department.
In this role, you are responsible in ensuring that par levels are established and remain accurate, and that ordering is done in accordance with the set standards. You will be managing the procure-to-pay system and ensure that costs are within agreed budget.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce or Hospitality/ Tourism Management.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an advantage but not a prerequisite for the role.
Progressive experience Cost Control operations within a 5-star luxury hotel environment, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in an Assistant Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Proficient in hotel management systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated ability to drive cost- efficiency initiatives and support business profitability.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with high regard for detail and accuracy.
This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.
