**Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Assistant Manager, 360 Marketing** , **Bobbi Brown North America** to join our dynamic marketing team. The Assistant Manager of 360 Marketing is responsible for partnering with the Sub-Category Leads to develop and execute on the 360 North America strategy for their specific programs as well as ensure best-in-class SDVM expression for the brand.
Assistant Manager will directly report to Sr. Manager, Face and Visual Merchandising, and support the 360 team across key programming.
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring a cohesive brand experience and help execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage complex timelines and execute with precision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Product Marketing**
+ Lead North America forecasting through historical analysis and market insights.
+ Collaborate with Demand and Sales Planning to align on forecasts and financial goals.
+ Support development of 12–24 month strategy, including pricing and big bet recommendations.
+ Align with Global teams on calendar and forecast shifts and execute localized launch needs, including sampling and in-store activation.
**Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution**
+ Own GTM timelines, ensuring delivery of Global toolkits, copy, and assets.
+ Collaborate with Education and Global teams to concept consumer events and retailer activations.
+ Co-lead NOAM GTM strategy, bringing competitive insights and regional needs to life.
+ Partner with Global Marketing and Creative to secure and localize assets, closing gaps as needed.
+ Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials for use across media, influencer, retail, and digital channels.
**Visual Merchandising**
+ Collaborate with Global Creative, VM, and retail partners to deliver best-in-class POS execution.
+ Support project management, VM briefs, proofing, and assortment planning.
+ Manage regional SDVM budget and ensure projects align with brand strategy and financial guidelines.
**Analytics & Reporting**
+ Lead monthly Circana and quarterly competitive reports with actionable insights for leadership.
+ Own product launch trackers and recaps; contribute to mid- and year-end reviews.
+ Support budget tracking alongside Category Leads and Finance.
**Administrative Support**
+ Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset repositories.
+ Lead product setup and VM compliance for market meetings.
**Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years of experience in marketing (beauty, fashion, or consumer goods preferred).
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Deep interest in beauty and understanding of digital and retail marketing.
