Our client in Washington, D.C. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a assisted living facility.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, team management, and resident care. 
 

What is Needed? 

Must have appropriate professional license and license must be in good standing (i.e. Skilled Care, RCF, ALF, BH). Assist in managing all aspects of facility operations, including resident care, staffing, compliance, and financial performance. Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including health and safety standards. Able to relate to the elderly with a high level of compassion and empathy.
