Asst Sale Manager- Technical Sales

What this job involves:
This role focuses on promoting and selling Mobile Engineering Services (AMC, Tech on Demand) to internal and external clients. You'll build client relationships, create professional proposals, and meet quarterly sales targets while serving as a key liaison between customers and the technical team.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsCreate detailed proposal documents with security layout options that meet JLL standardsPresent solutions aligned with customer requirements and budgetsProvide timely quotations and manage the sales process from proposal to payment collectionAttend project kickoff meetings and coordinate with technical teams during executionGenerate and maintain a strong sales funnel with regular reportingGather market intelligence and customer information to support business developmentDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Experience selling AMC services and electrical solutions to end usersProven track record meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency with CRM systems and proposal development toolsStrong presentation and negotiation capabilitiesExperience in technical solution selling to corporate clientsKnowledge of facility management systems and engineering servicesProject coordination experience bridging sales and technical executionRequired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with MBASales/Marketing professional certifications preferredMinimum 3-4 years' experience selling electrical solutions in a multinational firmStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking with entrepreneurial mindsetDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesEnd-user sales experience (channel sales experience not applicable)Location:
