In this role, you will:

Meet targets on productivity and accuracy within stipulated time frame. Instructions/requests are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken. Work is/tasks are processed in accordance with policies and procedures as stipulated by GCs. Common fraud/errors/irregular transactions are identified and escalated.Acquire updated knowledge on procedures related to relevant processesTo take both job rotation and classroom training to expand relevant job knowledge and be familiar with regulations of both HBCN and the local regulatorsTo keep open and close communications with peers, supervisors, internal and external customers
