Facility: East Cooper Medical Center Location: Mount Pleasant, SC Department: Emergency Department Position Type: Full Time What You'll Do + Provide daily clinical leadership and operational oversight + Coordinate safe, efficient patient care + Coach and mentor team members to promote professional growth + Support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction initiatives + Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams + Assist with staffing, productivity, and budget management What We're Looking For + BSN required (Master’s preferred) + Current RN license in South Carolina + Minimum two years of clinical RN experience preferred + Prior nursing leadership experience preferred + BLS and required life support certifications Why Choose Novant Health?
