**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Associated Director - Projects Management to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
+ Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies across the organization
+ Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing overall team performance
+ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects
+ Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
+ Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals and strategies
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments
+ Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices
+ Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
+ Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
+ Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects
+ Strong proficiency in project management software and tools
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
+ Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
+ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
+ Solid understanding of risk management principles and techniques
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Experience in the construction, IT, or finance industry preferred
