Job ResponsibilitiesEnsures that Card and Loan (Personal Loan and Mortgages) applications are assessed and underwritten consistently, objectively, with uniform application of policy, procedure and guidelines, all of this within turned around within the stipulated Service Level AgreementsResponsible to ascertain the credit worthiness of individual retail customer with complete financial and cash flow analysis for unsecured lending applicationsMaintain the SLA’s for processing applications and help in structuring loans within the banks approved policy guidelines.Recommend policy and product changes to the concerned stakeholders for bringing newdevelopments in the existing guidelinesMaintain consistent judgmental lending decisions to maintain a healthy portfolio and maximize profitabilityRegular evaluation of approval/reject rates, work processes/controlsProactive third party management, control of both incoming and outgoing data quality, and cost control, including overall demand managementEfficient consumption and resilient operations of the decision infrastructure and ongoing engagement with Risk and Products on strategy changes that improve customer outcomesEnsure that Service Level Agreements for appraising the loan application are met
