About the Role:
Review information provided by borrower to gain understanding of real estate asset underlying a financing request
Evaluate and compile property level income statements, rent roll, reimbursements, occupancy statistics and other information in excel based models.
Compile market research to determine and verify project’s economics and assumptions. Market research will include third party sources (such as REIS, RCA and others) as well as public information available on the internet.
Review and evaluate third party reports including real estate appraisals, environmental reports, property condition reports, and zoning analysis etc.
Review borrower level analysis to interpret derogatory issues, and their net worth, liquidity and investments.
Review and prepare writeups to be included in the brief memo explaining various findings about the asset and borrower.
Interpret lease documents to understand relevant details and prepare lease abstracts
Work on collateral monitoring reports, and credit memos
Team handling and training
Lead Client communication/call
About You:
Engineering/MBA Graduate or similar qualification
5-6 years’ of work experience in US Commercial Real Estate domain
Strong quantitative orientation with knowledge of Discounted Cash flow, IRR, NPV, return analysis.
Experience in working on excel
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Self-Starter with an ability to manage tight timelines and diligent work division skills.
Ability to understand deliverable requirements and manage independently.
Experience in working on Argus Enterprise is a plus
