Job Profile –

PURPOSE

The primary purpose of the role is to manage the Order To Cash activities for a portfolio of projects.

Work Experience

None for Graduates in finance & accounting.

Education

Graduate in commerce, economics, accounting, management or allied areas. Education in accounting is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is an entry level role where the person is expected to get trained initially and then take up work responsibilities progressively on the activities listed below.

•            Assisting Line Manager in supporting internal stakeholders within IQVIA.

Stakeholders include:

Account management teamsProject Operations teams represented by the Project LeaderProject Finance Global LeadershipBusiness FinanceLocal Country FinanceWorking in enterprise ERP (PeopleSoft) on the following:Project and activity set upMaintaining customer contracts & project budgetsMaintaining rate setsMaintaining revenue plansMaintaining billing plansMaintaining milestonesMaintaining other project and contract dataMaintaining payment schedulesMaintaining pass through expense forecastAssisting project teams and finance teams in monthly revenue and backlog accounting. Guiding project teams towards solutions.Analysing monthly project revenue & backlog and identifying/ correcting exceptionsHighlighting deviations in key project performance metrics – backlog variance, write-offs, over the limit revenue, unbilled amounts,  contribution margin/ realization/ EBITDACompleting mandated compliance related tasksProviding relevant project level reporting and reconciliations
