We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Sports Medicine team in Sydney. You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing group, led by a manager who takes the time to understand your strengths and set you up for success.

What you’ll do:
Support surgeons in theatre with the use of Stryker’s sports medicine portfolio
Learn to develop and grow a territory, working closely with your Territory Manager
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with surgeons, hospitals and clinical staff
Collaborate with your team to share insights, plan strategy and deliver results
Balance both short and long sales cycles, following opportunities through to completion
Adapt quickly when things change and provide solutions in real time
Who you are:
Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong sense of initiative
A natural team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Confident in fast-moving clinical environments and able to stay calm under pressure
Commercially minded with a drive to succeed and grow
Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally with exposure to both short and long sales cycles — but we will support the right person to learn
