We’re looking for an **Associate Territory Manager** to join our **Sage Division** , specialising in **Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention** . This is a **Victoria** based role that will also cover **Tasmania,** with a short trip approximately every 2 months.
**What you'll do**
+ Own and manage your territory with autonomy, driving sales and building relationships across Victoria and Tasmania
+ Engage with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
+ Conduct product demonstrations, support educational sessions, and facilitate training programs
+ Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support to ensure long-term satisfaction
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement
+ Learn and grow through structured development programs, mentorship, and hands-on experience
**Who you are**
**Requirements**
+ Passion for sales and a desire to build a long-term career in medical technology.
+ 1–2 years of experience in either sales or healthcare.
+ Natural competitive streak with a desire to achieve and win.
+ Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage and connect with people
+ Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset
**Preferred**
+ Bachelor's degree in health, business or a related field
