This is a Victoria based role that will also cover Tasmania, with a short trip approximately every 2 months.

What you'll doOwn and manage your territory with autonomy, driving sales and building relationships across Victoria and TasmaniaEngage with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutionsConduct product demonstrations, support educational sessions, and facilitate training programsDeliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support to ensure long-term satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvementLearn and grow through structured development programs, mentorship, and hands-on experience

Who you are

Requirements

Passion for sales and a desire to build a long-term career in medical technology.1–2 years of experience in either sales or healthcare.Natural competitive streak with a desire to achieve and win.Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage and connect with peopleCuriosity, resilience, and a growth mindset

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in health, business or a related field
