The Associate Technician Shipping/Receiving and Distribution is responsible for performing the physical and administrative functions required to ship, receive, store, cycle count and distribute materials, parts, supplies, chemicals and equipment. The incumbent may unpack, and check goods received against purchase order invoices and storage specifications, maintain records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items, lift heavy items, operating a pallet jack and other equipment. Prepare goods for shipment and maintain records of shipped goods, examine, stock and distribute materials and may prepare kitting packages for assembly production.

This position reports to the Materials Manager and is part of the Materials and Planning Dept located in Miami and will be an on-site role.    

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Verifying the accuracy of orders upon delivery Prepare material for the assembly process Updating records and databases (Oracle) with received item

The essential requirements of the job include: (

High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work overtime as needed

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Knowledge of Oracle Inventory system
