Bhd – Kulim Hi Tech 💼Department: R&D In this role, you’ll be at the heart of product innovation—supporting regulatory compliance, managing technical product performance, and driving cross-functional projects that impact global healthcare. What You’ll Be Doing: + Act as Product Owner in managing the Product Life Cycle Management + Support regulatory registration and technical documentation + Conduct risk management and post-market surveillance reviews + Analyze competitor glove performance and Biogel’s competitive edge + Manage design changes and development projects + Provide technical support to marketing and customers + Ensure timely delivery of cross-functional project plans What We’re Looking For: + Degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related discipline + Minimum 3 years’ experience in R&D, QA, or product management (medical devices preferred) + Strong communication, analytical, and technical reporting skills + Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), MDSAP, MDR, FDA + Experience in surgical gloves manufacturing is a plus + Performance-driven and stakeholder-focused mindset What you’ll get + Wellness benefits + Great colleagues in a global company + An open, friendly and fair working atmosphere + Competitive compensation package If this sounds like you and you feel you have what it takes to succeed in this role, we want to hear from you!
