This is a remote work opportunity. The position requires frequent travel (50-75%) within the Pittsburgh, PA region for meetings, site visits, and other work-related activities. Occasional travel to Erie and Southwestern New York may also be necessary.

The Biomedical Device Integration Analyst is responsible for the planning, implementation, and support of medical device integration solutions across the Highmark Health's provider network. This role serves as a technical expert, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange between medical devices and electronic health record (EHR) systems. The Analyst will work closely with clinicians, IT staff, and vendors to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance patient care. A key aspect of this position involves traveling to various clinical sites to provide on-site support for device integration projects.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for one or many of the following tasks: analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions, as well as providing general production monitoring and support, meeting defined scope, target dates and budgets with minimal or no defects.Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, product, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that meet organizational needsMonitor work against production schedule and provide progress updates and report any issues or technical difficulties to leadership on a regular basis.Document technical processes and procedures, and participate in technical reviews and knowledge sharing sessionsCollaborate on the design and implementation of with architecture to ensure solution alignment to enterprise goals and standardsPerform technical analysis and provide insights to support decision-making across various departmentsStay up-to-date with the latest relevant technologies and industry best practicesOther duties as assigned or requested.EXPERIENCE

$107,800.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
