Associate Talent Manager

We are proud of being a strategic partner to our business functions. **Job Responsibility:** + To accelerate great China's key talent growth and development in alignment with “Winning With People” Strategy and great China talent strategy, work as a project owner to implement great China's talent programs on annual basis such as mentoring program, Talent Engagement Round Table etc. + Closely work with global team to deploy Boehringer Ingelheim performance management philosophy and guideline, making sure leaders and employees well understand how "Our Behaviors" should be effectively demonstrated in daily work. Cascade the updates to entire great China (HR Leadership team, HRBP, business leaders, and employees), modify performance review training when necessary to keep it most updated. Responsible for yearly performance review cycle implementation. Localize global performance review calibration meeting guide for leaders to align evaluation criteria. Design performance review tips to equip leaders and employees with right mindset & skillset to embed "Our Behaviors", and to drive performance culture. + Play as a Talent managment BP (for delicated BUs and job functions), closely collaborate with HRBP to deliver customized learning and talent solutions to business units and functions based on the understanding of company business transformation strategy and talent strategy, to build winning culture, enable business team synergy/development/change management, and shape Boehringer way of work/leading through living "Our Behaviors". + To fully understand and align great China HR marketing strategy, work as project leader to implement HR week (one of offline campaign) and similar campaigns. **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree or above. + 5+ years’ experience in learning and development function or talent management function ideally in a multinational environment with complex organization and regional set-up. + Solid program design and project management skill with comprehensive knowledge about learning and talent development, leadership effectiveness, and performance management concepts and practice. + mature capability to engage stakeholder, diagnose and translate business needs into learning and talent solutions, and experienced in facilitation skills. + Critical thinking, innovative. + Proficient English both orally and written. + Excellent collaboration and communication skills. + Strong team-player mindset with a focus on collective success. + Strong marketing sense, data analysis skills is a plus.
