Responsibilities: 

The Supply Chain Material Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and procurement of packaging materials and drug product for Clinical Trial Materials. The CT function has the responsibility for the ordering, manufacturing, packaging, shipment, and inventory management of supplies for clinical studies worldwide. The organization produces custom-designed trial materials under full GMP regulations.

Accountable for MRP actions from the point of purchase order or stock transfer order creation through successful batch dispositionParticipate in material movement planning meetingsOwn all order fulfillment activities from customer request through material delivery including documentation, delivery schedule, and prioritiesResponsible for inventory management including disposition of expired materialsPromptly address inquiries received from CPsProvide operations support to the FING Packaging Plant Planning functionTroubleshoot and resolve purchasing, material fulfillment or operational level issues as they ariseIdentify and participate in projects or assignments to improve productivity, compliance, and data accuracyAuthor deviations, change controls and perform investigations as vitalRunning vendor relationships and issue resolutionKPI’s and metrics generationBasic Requirements:B.S. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or related field / experienceMinimum 1 year in a GMP environmentAdditional Preferences:Experience in managing inventory/supplies or sophisticated supply chainsKnowledge of clinical trial packagingStrong organization and self-management skillsAbility to use and apply multiple computer applicationsAbility to manage multiple tasks and respond to changeEffective written and verbal communication skills in multi-cultural settingsHigh initiative, flexible and positive attitudeHigh degree of accuracy with work and diligent to detailsAbility to proactively identify problems and work toward a solutionClinical research/study knowledgePrior experience with SAP is preferredData analysis and Excel experienceMust be fluent in English

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$63,000 - $140,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
