Associate Supply Base Management Specialist

Boeing Global Service, BGS, is looking for an Associate Supply Base Management Specialist to join their team in Hazelwood MO.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities

Measures key performance indicators. Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources. Prepares reports. Reviews procurement/planning systems. Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities. Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation. Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements. Communicates project objectives and activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

3+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams.3 + years of experience managing subcontracted efforts and supplier performance throughout the life-cycle.3 + years of experience working with customer and supplier requirements to support program deliveries3+ years working with suppliers.

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher.1+ years of experience of strategic sourcing objectives including supply base optimization, enterprise leveraging, supplier performance improvement1+ years of experience building and using industry knowledge for planning and performance accomplishment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: 70,550 - 95,450
