The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Supply Base Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in either Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Tukwila, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectationsGathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluationsIdentifies and communicates potential risks and issuesProvides support in the development of mitigation plansDeploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performanceSupports the development and implementation of supplier project plansThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 1 year of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processesMore than 3 years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong ongoing communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors

Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range (Tukwila, WA): $75,650 - $93,450
Summary pay range (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma): $65,450 - $80,850
