Associate Supervisor, Product Analysis Center
As an **Associate Supervisor in the Product Analysis Center** , **Redmond, WA** . You will lead a team of quality analysts dedicated to investigating product issues and driving improvements in customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and cycle time. In this hybrid role, you will work **onsite four days per week and remotely one day per week** , ensuring strong team engagement and operational continuity. **What You Will Do** + Oversee daily PAC operations, including prioritization, resource allocation, and issue resolution. + Recruit, onboard, and manage team members, providing coaching and performance development. + Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and administer performance appraisals. + Identify and facilitate technical training to enhance team capabilities in failure analysis and troubleshooting. + Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, legal, corporate, and HR policies. + Maintain a safe and compliant work environment through proper documentation and training. + Lead PAC projects and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. + Establish and monitor KPIs to support timely complaint processing and stakeholder feedback. + Manage PAC systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive process improvements. + Ensure traceability and documentation of returned products throughout the analysis lifecycle. + Provide exceptional customer service and foster collaboration across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Service teams. + Support audit readiness and contribute to CAPA and nonconformance investigations. **What you need** + Associate’s degree with 4+ years of related technical experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related technical experience. **Preferred** + Experience in quality assurance or product analysis within a regulated industry. + Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen methodologies. + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance. + $ **79,500.00 -123,500.00 USD,** Annualsalary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
