As part of the enterprise Strategy & Transformation Office, the incumbent will collaborate with executives and stakeholders across the organization to assist in the development and improvement of key enterprise strategic initiatives. The Associate Strategy Partner plays different potential roles on a given project, to include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, market analysis, team development, communication, and implementation. The incumbent assists in the development of the strategy for a given initiative, works on multiple projects, gets exposure to all parts of the organization, and plays a supportive role in developing and refining the overall organization strategy. This position is based out of the Pittsburgh or Buffalo office with an in-office requirement Tuesday through Thursday. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** + Support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise. Role will vary depending on initiative, but will include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, team development, communication, and implementation.
